................Early this morning SE announced that LastResort will be changed from a 30 seconds JA to a full 3 minute duration JA.

Translation#1..... LastResort > Berserk. 
Translation#2..... You may or may not need to change your DRK Merits to reflect this.

Last Resort Recast  (5 raises)
Last Resort Effect    (5 raises)
Desperate Blows      (5 raises)

Translation#3..... A 3 min LastResort with these Merits coupled with a 26% Haste Gear Build means a 51% drop in Weapon Delay without any TP Penalty, with only a 1 min 10 sec cooldown for LastResort.



Also.....DRKs are getting a new Lv.45 JA that decreases the amount of HP lost from SoulEater. Thus making your SoulEater Macro a two JA Macro.





The Gimp Info:

......................The Vit Vs. Crit. change is looking like a small nerf to Crit.Hits and Crit.Hit Weapon Skills. It will probably involve a Str VS Vit check in the formula making Str even more important, so I expect:

1) a Crit Max Damage decrease on higher Level Mobs... especialy NM's.
2) people QQ'ing... esecialy in Abyssea.

...........While it is true ....Abyseaa is currently about 95%+ of what we all are enjoying at the moment... it will not always be this way. Soon we will be dealing with New Content and reinvisioned/readjusted Old Content. Then we will be asking ourselfs. Where are the Atmas and Brews now?

So all you idiots stop trying to sell me your self justified argument that PLD and any other non efficient Abyssea Job is dead based solely on current Abyseaa only standards. Leave the Elitism back in the HNM Kings days where it belongs. Back when every Job looked exactly the same. Back when every WAR wanted to be a Walmart Turban sport'n, PlurpleBerk wear'n, Ridellin hoot'n toot'n, Bot use'n turd slurper. FFXI is evolving. It always has and always does. This is the common denominator which means No Job is ever dead. 

So just Adapt and Versify yourself and enjoy the game.

The same goes for people being Elitist Bastards on specific pieces of Gear. If the Effect is minimal then STFU and let people be happy and enjoy the game.

Redemption (Part-1)

................Back when Abyssea 1st came out, my Ultimatium Scythe was all set to gobble up some sweet 'n tasty 2-Leaf Chloris Buds........but Instead it sat in my MogHouse (with all the other "Island of Misfit Toys") starving to death. This seriously made me /cry myself to sleep. I mean I was heart broken and all but, eventualy I moved on...... /sniffles.

(Oh Yeah.....grats to all you fellow DRK's on your wonderful Catabolg GreatSword....So just go ahead there and shove them up your asses.....yes it's a good weapon, but I want mah Scythe... bitches)        ;)

Anyway........

....................Now before I get myself all worked up and excited.... (to late....my leg is already all twitch'n) ......my LS is doing a starting total of about 15 weapons, all at the same time. Of that 15 , roughly 6 of us currently need 2-Leaf Chloris Buds. Theres a reason why not to many people do the Chloris NM Weapons. Chloris pop = shit ton of work.
Example:
yesterday pretty much equated to me being all "Raging Rushed" out.  I was literaly spamming Raging Rush on War from 1:00 to 11:30.  All that work and only 4,  2-Leaf Chloris Buds!

HEY STOP LAUGHING!

I am now 7/50. Let's see who's laughing when that Weapon is @ Lvl-90. Your still laughing.

       oh how I lust for you. I have been trying to fornucate you for over 5+ years now because "you make me horny baby" but all I get is this dry hard lumpy turd sandwhich.... ok maybe ....with cheese..................and maybe with some bacon bits....or maybe it was just corn I don't remeber..... BUT !!!!! BUT !!!!!!........ No matter how many times I have tried, I have never been able to aquire that luciously suductive Sea Torque for my creme de la creme favorite Job Dark Knight.

Soooooooo....

....................Out of the few years that I have done Sea I have only seen it dropped twice. The 1st time I passed my chance to lot on it to RingThree. The second time my friend Rudithina crushed my hopes and sodomized my dreams by winning the lot.  ....../cry!

Finally I had won something.  Of course it was on my mule and I choose a Justice Torque.  ;)

I fiqured at the very least.... Hey... if I couldn't have it on my main then surely the next best thing was being able to gaze upon it (and maybe smell it a little) anytime I want on my mule.....

but then!

Months later
.....SE anounces that we will be able to transfer items that normally wasn't possible. This will only be possible for characters that share the same account. They also released a list on stuff that would not be allowed. Thankfully Justice Torque was not on this list. So what does this all add up too?

.........Yeah it's not as awesome as it once was thanks mainly to the Bale Choker, but there's still nothing like aquiring an item that you sought for ..... for so long (5+ years?) for your favorite Job.  The Update is just a Month away and I can smell what the SE was cook'n !
